![]() ![]() ![]() texture quality > less you down, more you got performance but the game will become uglier You don't said anything about your card graphic but like you said got a potato PC: If not with your PC (I mean play with your PC & not by GeForce NOW):Ī potato PC can run 7DTD but you need to change some setting because if you just choose default variable setting, that's normal if not enought performance to play.īecause of covid, at my work they change me to a another post & the PC is secretary -_-" So no good but I can play on it & have +50fps even with a big BM. I don't use it (I will never use too) & so now I don't know if it's possible to setup the machine cloud, take a look in GeForce NOW & search how to save game setting cloud. All I know is that I used GFN (GeForce NOW) to play since my own potato can't handle even first horde night. Originally posted by Semirotta:I don't really know, I would say its processor heavy. If you restart game a lot of the settings just get reverted back to the default it was before changing them. Hence why I play with 10-14 days between hordes.Ĭhanging settings and restarting game to "refresh" memory for the machine is not an option when using GFN. It runs so well otherwise but horde nights are insanely laggy. Its the darn zombie pathfinding that causes the game get so darn laggy. Gave like 10-15 more fps for horde night so it was not really up to the graphics either. Note that I tried lowest possible settings and highest possible settings There is pretty much no difference in fps / lags when using lowest or highest. So I would definitely say the game is heavy on processor instead of graphics card. On GFN (GeForce NOW) when I used an machine with Intel Xeon E5-2697 v4 4 physical and 8 logical with 15351mb ram -> game runs smoothly with some random load spikes here and there with 60+ fps other than horde night fps drops to 20-25 as usual.īut when using Intel cc150 3.50GHZ with 6 physical and 6 logical with only 10735mb ram -> game runs much smoother with no load/lag spikes and even horde night was 30-40 fps instead. All I know is that I used GFN (GeForce NOW) to play since my own potato can't handle even first horde night, it gets so laggy (below 10fps) so second wave is just pointless to start thinking about getting through. I don't really know, I would say its processor heavy. ![]()
